Delivery & Returns

  1. Delivery of parcels

At present we only deliver to the UK. Delivery charges are in addition to the purchase price. Items are sent via Royal Mail 2ndclass signed for service up to the value of £50. An item or items with a value between £50-£100 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery . We aim to dispatch within 2 working days from the time of order confirmation. The delivery charges are as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for Value up to £50 £3.95
Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm value up to £100 £6.50



Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the parcel has been accepted for delivery by Royal Mail.

  1. Delivery of Tutorials

Tutorials are delivered via email as a PDF file within 24hours of payment received. Please note that PDF’s will only be sent to the email address provided at payment. Please note that the tutorials are for your own use and must not be mass produced or copied.

Please give credit to the designer Sarah Lee. If producing with adaptations, then please quote ‘adapted from a design by Sarah Lee, Wire & Gemstone Ltd’

Please adhere to the following:

  • You may download and print one copy for personal use
  • You may create your own original designs using the techniques in the tutorial
  • You may not use images from the tutorials and distribute them on your own material
  • You may not copy and mass produce the tutorials
  • You may not use the tutorials for your own teaching purposes, whether in person or online
  1. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your jewellery order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods, as this is classed as a cooling off period. If you should wish to cancel your order please inform me by emailing me at All good returned should be returned in the original packaging, and in the condition they were received, this means unused and sealed in original packaging, and in the original box. Earrings due to hygiene purposes are non-refundable.

All items should be returned via Royal Mail using the same postal service as they were originally sent. We will refund the cost of the postage. However, where a customer has requested a more expensive postal service than that of the standard service offered by us, the postage refund will be for the standard service only, and the customer will bear the extra cost.
